What does the activity include? On arrival the chocolate fountains will be flowing and there will be tasters aplenty as your Chocolatier gives you a fascinating insight into the history and process of chocolate! Discover how to make gooey dark chocolate fudge and rich hazelnut gianduja as well as trying your hand at truffle piping. Bowls of melted milk white and dark chocolate plus slabs of freshly made chocolate are presented along with a range of expert tools and decorations as you learn how to make your own mouth-watering handmade chocolates before departing with approximately 40 pieces in ribbon tied boxes plus detailed recipe pamphlet Where does the experience take place? The Heart of the City. What should I wear? Anything you are comfortable in preferably not white though! An apron will be supplied by the Chocolatier. How long should I allow for this experience? You should allow approximately 2 ½ -3 hours for the whole experience the actual time spent participating is 1 hour 20 minutes. Please bear in mind timings may vary on the day depending on the class size please take this into account if you are arranging transportation. When does the activity take place? Courses run most Sundays and selected weekdays all year round subject to availability. Start times vary depending on the date but typically there are courses running in the morning afternoon and early evening. We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age 14 years. What about the weather? The weather will not affect this experience. Can I bring spectators? Sorry all guests must hold a valid voucher for the experience. What else do I need to know? Disabled access is available with prior notice if you require this facility then please advise us at the time of booking (one person is able to accompany the participant without charge). Tea Coffee and Juice are provided for each participant. Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. Personal accident and cancellation insurance are included. Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
