Chocolate Fudge
How about some
tasty, chewy, chocolaty stuff?
What does it take?
Two and a half cups of sugar.
Half a cup of margarine or butter.
two thirds of a cup of evaporated milk.
one jar (7 ounce) of marshmallow creme.
two cups of our favorite delicious semi sweet chocolate chips.
Three quarters of a cup of chopped walnuts.
One teaspoon of natural vanilla extract.
Now What?
Line the inside of a nine inch square or a thirteen by nine inch pan, insure that the foil overhangs the sides and then butter the foil.
Using a large saucepan on medium heat, mix the margarine, sugar and evaporated milk and bring to boil while stirring continuously.
After 5 minutes of stirring remove it from the heat.
Now pour in the marshmallow creme and our lovely chocolate chips; then blend until it's nice and smooth.
Stir in the walnuts and vanilla extract.
Transfer the mix into the foil-lined pan and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
Once cooled down, score the fudge into about forty eight pieces (less if preffered).
Place it in the refrigerator until it's firm.
Lovely Chocolate Fudge! mmm....
